Return Policy

Due to the pure and natural composition of our products, we do not accept returns on opened items to maintain strict hygiene standards.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
